Analytics

Analytics

Analytics is the tool that facilitates the collection, processing, and analysis of data, supporting the organization’s strategic decisions, goal monitoring, business process tracking, and the daily management activities of decision makers.

Analytics serves as the central tool to promote a data-driven approach, where data management is no longer seen as a technical factor but as a strategic pillar of the business.

The module consists of:

  • An ETL system based on an open-source workflow management platform
  • An open-source, column-oriented analytical database
  • A UI for exploring analytical data and composing queries, natively integrated into Sydema’s applications

With the module, it is possible to:

  • Define an analytical model and the queries for extracting source data
  • Extract data periodically from the operational system and load it into the analytical system, generating a new snapshot each time
  • Query the analytical DB without the need to know a query language such as SQL

Dashboards and Reporting:

  • Visual approach that allows anyone to immediately create their own dashboards, freeing up valuable IT support time
  • Complete coverage of the information managed in Sydema’s applications. The catalog of queryable analytical data is predefined with all information present in the application databases and can be customized to specific needs and extended with other data sources provided by the client
  • Integration of analytical data into the operational flow of users of any level/profile, through the creation of personalized dashboards, indicators and KPIs, and entity lists on which to launch workflows and bulk activities

Strengths:

  • Easy to use
  • Visual and responsive authoring environment
  • Complete coverage of management data
  • Customizable and extensible data catalog
  • Maximum level of detail of collected data
  • Exceptional performance
  • Data visibility consistent with management applications

Being a data-driven company means leveraging the power of data in the decision-making process.
